Henriot-Quimper is one of France’s oldest companies, founded in 1690 during the era of the royal manufactories. Designated a “Living Heritage Company,” it is the sole heir to the prestigious heritage of Quimper earthenware and a unique craftsmanship recognized worldwide. Every step is done by hand, from the creation of the pieces to the freehand decoration, particularly for the famous “first-name bowl” invented in the pottery workshops in the 1930s.
