[XV] ff. + 265 pp. ; [XIII] ff. + 191 pp. + [VII] ff. FIRST ISSUE with the characteristic error "post est" instead of "postest" in the medallion on p. 108 of vol. II. Text entirely engraved; two frontispieces, two fleurons on the titles, and numerous other figures engraved by John PINE. Copy on large hollande paper. Joint: the leaflet "List of the Antiques in the First Volume of Horace" containing a list of the engravings in both volumes. Spine very slightly faded; some damage to boards.
