FIRST EDITION. 120 plates engraved by Jean-Jacques GRANDVILLE. Enriched with a portrait and twelve etchings on Arches laid paper by Paul-Edme LE RAT from the edition of Les Fables (Jouaust, 1885). Spine slightly darkened; rare spotting at the beginning of Volume I.
