Fully engraved work with a metallic frontispiece portrait of the author, a title-frontispiece, a heraldic vignette at the head of the dedication and nine plates engraved by Noël LE MIRE after Charles EISEN.

Copy enriched with TWO ADDITIONAL "DISCOVERED" PLATES (the frontispiece and the one between pp. 44/45 [which is also before the letter]).
